IMPORTANT FACTS WHEN SEARCHING FOR HOMES:

  • MLS is the main source for all homes on the market, which feeds all the other websites and apps (Redfin, Zillow, Trulia, etc.,)
  • By using these other apps/websites you might get old or missing info on a property, or even worse, you might not see all the homes in the market
